Armando Gaviglia has been invited to participate in this event exposing the ReCreated Books sculptures and the workshops «Geobiology in the daily life» and «ecologically Responsible and Creative Thinking».

Event organized in cooperation with Factoriaeutòpia which proposes a reinterpretation of Armando Gaviglia’s sculptures turning them into giant totems, lamps and other objects which pose questions and make us think beyond the daily routine.

Armando participates in this event exhibiting the sculptures Slingshots with a Soul and leading the “Make your own slingshot” workshop.

Each year in May, Girona welcomes spring with the Temps de Flors festival which shows the monumental and historical heritage of the city through the flowers and art. Girona becomes an international stage for entertainment, musical and artistic proposals. In this context, Armando Gaviglia exhibits the ReCreated books sculptures. The artist rescues used books from a sure death creating artworks. Books which invite to be lived from a new and fresh look, which is at the same time amusing, critical and beautiful.

Armando participates in this event exposing his Mind brushes and leading the workshop of artistic creation ART BRUSH WORKSHOP where we turn a used toothbrush into a personal masterpiece, working manually with inventiveness and using recycled materials (pieces of toys, small puppets and many more things). Armando says, «I do believe in this existential creativity connected with the simple things which can be seen from different perspectives.»
